摘要
目的:考察不同温度下5-氟胞嘧啶注射液的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定氟胞嘧啶及其相关物质含量。结果:60~80℃温水可溶解氟胞嘧啶注射液中的结晶,且其相关物质含量无明显改变。结论:氟胞嘧啶注射液在80℃以下较稳定。
OBJECTIVE To study the stablity of flucytosine injection at different temperatures in clinical use. METHODS High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to detect the contents of flucytosine and related substances. RIE- SUITS The crystal of flucytosine injection was dissolved in 60 to 80 ℃ warm water. There were no obvious change in the content of related substances. CONCLUSION Flucytosine injection is stable at or below 80 ℃.
