摘要
以压榨麻疯树毛油为原料,利用正交试验研究了麻疯树毛油的精炼工艺。结果表明:在转化剂加量0.14%、转化温度60℃、转化时间25 min、络合剂加量2.0%、络合时间25 min、吸附剂加量4.0%、吸附除杂温度100℃、吸附除杂时间20 min的条件下,麻疯树油中的杂质含量明显减少,精炼工艺除杂效果显著。
With crude pressed Jatropha oil as raw material,the refining process of crude Jatropha oil was studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that under the conditions of conversion agent dosage 0.14%,conversion temperature 60 ℃,conversion time 25 min,complexing agent dosage 2.0%,complexing time 25 min,adsorbent agent dosage 4.0%,adsorbent temperature 100 ℃ and adsorbent time 20 min,the impurities content in Jatropha oil significantly decreased,and the removal effect on impurity was very obvious in refining process.
