摘要
牛副流感病毒3型(BPIV3)是引起牛呼吸系统疾病的主要病原,广泛分布于世界养牛业发达地区,BPIV3常与其他病毒或细菌混和感染或继发感染,对养牛业造成巨大的经济损失。此文从BPIV3的分子结构、致病机制、免疫逃避、种间传播、病毒病诊断与防控等方面介绍BPIV3的研究概况,为该病毒的基础研究及相关疾病的防控提供参考。
Bovine parainfluenza vires type 3 (BPIV3) was the leading pathogen of bovine respiratory disease, which was tentatively divided into three genotypes. BPIV3 was widely distributed in cattle industry worldwide. The co-infection of the BPIV3 with other viruses and bacteria might cause huge economic loss to cattle industry. The molecular structure,pathogenic mechanism,immune evasion,interspecies transmission of BP1V3 and diagnosis,control and prophylaxis against the related disease were summarized in this review. It would provide a reference to the basic research and prevention and control for disease associated with BPIV3 infection.
