政治关联、技术创新战略与技术创新绩效的关系

本文立足于我国制造业的现状,综合运用高阶理论和企业资源基础观理论,通过理论和逻辑推演构建了"高管政治关联——技术创新战略——技术创新绩效"的理论模型,并用我国深交所316家中小板上市的民营制造业企业2012-2014的数据对模型进行了检验,分析了高管政治关联影响中小制造业企业技术创新的作用路径,并解释了技术创新战略在其中扮演的中介性作用。研究表明:政治关联负向影响企业技术创新绩效;政治关联负向影响企业技术创新战略。基于此,文章从政府和企业两个层面提出了对策建议:政府一定要在鼓励和激励民营企业加强技术创新上多下工夫;民营企业要对创新有不断追求,要注重从政治战略向市场战略的转变。

Based on the status of China＇s manufacturing industry, this paper makes the integrated use of high order theory and enter- prise resource based theory, constructs the ＂political association - technological innovation strategy - technological inno- vation performance＂model through theoretical and logical deductions to test the data of Shenzhen 316 small and medium- sized listing private manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2014. It attempts to analyze the path of political association ef- fect of technological innovation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and explains the intermediary role of the technology innovation strategy. Research shows that the political association has a negative impact to technological in- novation performance of enterprises and the political association has a negative impact to enterprise technology innovation strategy. The main countermeasures and suggestions are that the government must encourage and stimulate private enter- prises to strengthen technological innovation, and private enterprises must continue to pursue innovation and focus on the transformation from the political strategy to the market strategy.
