工业园区产业集群发展与升级路径——以江西省为例

中国经济发展进入新常态对江西省工业园区产业集群发展提供了新机遇与新要求,在此情况下江西省工业园区产业集群发展需要实现转型升级。研究表明:江西省工业园区发展表现出显著的小而全的特征,产业集群的数量较多但是规模不大,能够发挥引领作用的大企业较少;江西省工业经济发展还表现出显著的区域差异特征,已形成了中北部、赣东北、赣西和中南部四大区域增长极,成为推动江西省经济发展的重要力量。江西省工业园区产业集群发展要实现转型升级,这就要求江西省必须集中优势资源培育优势产业集群、发展绿色工业、深化两化融合以及加快园区体制机制改革。

The entry of China＇s economic development into the new normal provides new opportunities and new requirements for the industrial cluster development of industrial park in Jiangxi Province, which needs to achieve the transformation and up- grading. The research shows that the development of Jiangxi Province Industrial Park shows the significant features of being small and complete, and the industrial clusters have a large number but a small scale, with lack of leading large enterpris- es; Jiangxi Province industrial economic development also shows the characteristics of significant regional differences, forming four regional growth poles in the middle north, northeast, west and middle south of Jiangxi, and has become an im- portant force to promote the economic development of Jiangxi Province; the industrial cluster of industrial park in Jiangxi needs to achieve the transformation and upgrading, which requires Jiangxi Province to focus resources to cultivate competi- tive industry clusters, develop green industries, deepen the integration of information technology and industrialization, and accelerate the reform of system and mechanism of the park.
