基于企业大学的高职校企协同发展模式与关键环节

企业大学的兴起为高职校企合作提供了新的契机,为校企协同发展创造了条件。协同发展始于各组织自身需求,以校企目标整合为基础,尊重市场机制,以组织网络协同管理为手段,通过能力协同、资源协同,实现校企以及企业大学的共同发展。基于企业大学的高职校企协同发展既具备有利条件,也面临着障碍。企业大学发展和校企资源互补,协同运作机制,以及外部环境的匹配,是协同发展的有利条件;目标冲突、战略性不够、文化冲突、管理体制,以及外部环境障碍、空间阻隔等是协同发展的障碍。序参量管理、"校-企"系统的内部协同及其与外部环境的互动,是基于企业大学的高职校企协同发展的关键环节。

The rise of corporate universities provides new opportunities for the cooperation between higher vocational schools and en- terprises, and creates conditions for the coordinated school-enterprise development. The coordinated development echoes to the needs of all organizations. On the basis of integrated objectives of schools and enterprises and respecting the market mechanism, the coordinated development means the common development of school-based enterprises and corporate uni- versities by means of coordinated management of organizational networks and through the coordination of capacities and re- sources. The coordinated development between higher vocational schools and enterprises based on corporate universities is facing both favorable conditions and obstacles. The favorable conditions include the development of corporate universities, complementation of school-enterprise resources, coordinated operation mechanism, and support of external environment, while the obstacles involve the conflicting objectives, strategic insufficiency, cultural conflicts and management systems, as well as external environment and spatial obstructions. The key paths to the coordinated development between higher voca- tional schools and enterprises based on corporate universities are the management of order parameters, internal coordination of school-enterprise systems, and interaction between school-enterprise systems and external environment.
