全国省市两级采供血机构无偿献血者志愿服务组织现状及趋势分析

Status and trend analysis of blood donors volunteer service in blood collection services at provincial and city levels in China

目的通过对全国无偿献血者志愿服务组织现状调查,找出我国目前献血志愿者服务中存在的不足,探索适合我国献血者志愿服务的运行机制。方法对全国296家采供血机构无偿献血者服务组织数量、在册人数、有效运行人数和有效运行率进行统计,采用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析。结果血液中心无偿献血者服务组织有效运行率略低于中心血站(46.61%vs 49.44%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2014年献血者服务组织有效运行率远低于2011年(48.93%vs 63.68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国无偿献血志愿服务尚处于初级阶段,仍需不断加强对志愿者组织的管理,建立健全献血志愿服务机制;加大对献血者志愿服务的保障力度,加快推进志愿服务事业法制化进程,才能增加志愿者队伍的凝聚力,使无偿献血志愿者服务组织不断壮大,增加无偿献血人数,完善无偿献血长效机制,保证临床不断增长的用血需求。

Objective To investigate China＇s current situation of blood donors volunteer service organization, in order to find out shortcomings in blood donors volunteer service and to explore suitable operation mechanism for Chinese blood donor volunteers. Methods The quantity of organized blood donor volunteers, the number registered in the service, the amount of effective operation and the efficiency of operation were measured in 296 blood transfusion services. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS 15.0. Results The efficiency of operation in provincial blood centers was slightly lower than in other cities （ 46. 61% vs 49.44% ）. There was no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ）. The efficiency of organized volunteers in 2014 was far lower than in 2011 （48. 93% vs 63.68%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The blood donor volunteer service in our country is still in its primary stage. The main approaches in strengthening of blood donor volunteer teams are executed ： strengthening the management of blood donors volunteers, establishing and improving mechanisms for blood donor volunteer service, increasing efforts to protect blood donors, and accelerating the process of legalization of voluntary service. Not only have these efforts improved cohesion among volunteers, but the number of volunteers has continued to experience positive growth, which in turn has led to increasing numbers of voluntary blood donation. This is an improved long-term mechanism for voluntary blood donation and assurance of blood supply for the increasing clinical demand.
