摘要
合理运用期望理论,以无偿献血志愿者需求为导向构建激励机制,建立科学合理的目标考评体系,全面客观地评价志愿者的服务情况,充分满足志愿者精神层面的需求,适时适当地表彰表现突出的志愿者。有的放矢地对参与无偿献血客服平台志愿服务的志愿者实施充分、有效的激励,调动无偿献血志愿者的服务热情,实现激发力量最大化,为无偿献血客服平台志愿服务工作增添生机和活力。
With reasonable application of expectancy theory, the incentive mechanism oriented by the demands of volunteers for blood donation should be constructed to establish a scientific and feasible target evaluation system which can comprehensively and objectively evaluate the service of volunteers, fully meet the spiritual needs of volunteers, and appropriately recognize outstanding volunteers in a timely fashion. The full and effective incentives should be accordingly implemented on the volunteers at the customer platform of blood donation to mobilize their enthusiasm for service, maximize their motivation and add vigor and vitality to their work in customer service.
