摘要
空气污染对人体健康有重要的影响,而健康已是就业的机会成本,因此空气污染间接影响人才的择业与就业。文章由空气污染现状及其对人体健康的影响出发,进而阐述区域性人才流动的状况和影响;通过发放调查问卷和数据统计,对空气污染与人才跨区域流动的关系进行了描述性和相关性分析;针对空气污染的现状,从政府、企业和个人三个方面出发,提出相应的解决策略,减少人才的流失。
Many studies have indicated that air pollution has a significant impact on people's health, and health has beenincluded in the employment opportunity costs, air pollution indirectly affect the employee's careers and employment. Firstly,the thesis made a detailed exposition about the status of the current situation and the impact of air pollution on human health aswell as regional brain drain. It was found that, with the recent increase in atmospheric pollution, air pollution had a significantnegative impact on the body's physical and mental health. Secondly, the thesis was descriptive and correlation analysis throughquestionnaires and statistical data on the relationship between air pollution and the loss of talent across the region was made.Finally, according to the current situation of air pollution, this paper proposes corresponding solutions from the government,enterprises and individuals in three aspects in order to reduce the loss of talent across the region.
