Developing A Validated Questionnaire to Measure Teaching Competency for University Teachers in Digital Age

摘要 数字时代教师的教学不再是技术与教学方法的简单叠加,而是一种面向复杂学习环境的技术与教学融合式的创新。本文在系统分析数字时代教师教学能力测量理论与方法的基础上,以本研究团队提出的"数字时代高校教师教学能力标准框架"为基础,从ICT融入教学的意识、素养、能力和研究等四个方面开发了数字时代高校教师教学能力测量问卷;基于试测和样本数据调查,采用探索性和验证性因素分析方法构建了"意识—素养—能力—研究"四维度因子模型,并通过对1147名样本教师水平均值的正态分布检验,证明测量问卷具有良好的结构效度;此外,通过进一步的信度检验,证明测量问卷具有较高的信度,可以在更大范围进行调查应用。 Teaching is no longer technology plus pedagogy in digital age, but is the infusing innovation between technology and pedagogy in a complicated learning environment. Based on the "Teaching Competency Framework for Teachers in a Digital age" proposed by THETI research team, a questionnaire is developed for the teaching competency of higher education teachers in a digital age, which covers four aspects, namely awareness, literacy, strategy, and research of ICT integrated into teaching. A factor model with four dimensions including "awareness, literacy, strategy, and research" has been developed through exploring and testing factor analysis methods based on testing and sampling data investigation. Based on the EFA and CFA testing results for 1147 sample teachers, the structure effectiveness has been testified for the survey questionnaire. In addition, the testing results reveal that the questionnaire is validate and reliable, which is worth to be disseminated in a larger scale.
