摘要
为了调查金佛山方竹根围从枝菌根(AM)真菌资源,对贵州省正安县、桐梓县和重庆市万盛区金佛山方竹根系菌根侵染情况,根围AM真菌种类组成、分布情况进行研究,结果表明:金佛山方竹可以和AM真菌建立良好的共生关系;从方竹根际土壤中共分离鉴定出AM真菌24种,隶属无梗囊霉Acaulospora、球囊霉属Glomus、两性球囊霉属Ambispora、巨孢囊霉属Gigaspora和盾巨孢囊霉属Scutellospora,其中无梗囊霉属,球囊霉属为金佛山方竹根围优势类群,大型无梗囊霉Acaulospora colossica、蜜色无梗囊霉Acaulospora mellea、疣状无梗囊霉属Acaulospora tuberculata、薄壁原囊霉Ambispora leptotich、珠状巨孢囊霉Gigaspora.margarita、美丽盾巨孢囊霉Scutellospora calospora为金佛山方竹根围优势菌种;孢子丰富度在三个地区为:重庆万盛区>贵州正安县>贵州桐梓县,分布于贵州正安县的有5属15种、贵州桐梓县有3属9种、分布于重庆万盛区的有5属19种。
In order to investigating Arbuseular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) resources of the Rhizoshere of Chi- monobambusa Utilis. The infection situation, species and genera composition, distribution of AMF in the rhi- zoshere of chimonobambusa utilis of Zheng an county and Tongzi county of Guizhou, and Wansheng District of Chongqing were studied, the results showed: Chimonobambusa Utilis can establish a good symbiosis relation with AM fungi ; 24 species of AMF were separated and identified from the rhizospheric soil of Chimonobambu- sa utilis. Which were belonged to the genera of Acaulospora, Glomus, Ambispora, Gigaspora and Scutellospo- ra, among which Acaulospora were dominant groups and Acaulospora colossica,Acaulospora mellea,Acaulospo- ra tuberculata,Ambispora leptotich, Gigaspora. margarita ,Scutellospora calospora were dominant species in the rhizospheric soil of Chimonobambusa utilis. Spore richness in three regions: Wansheng Distric of Chongqing 〉 Zheng an county of Guizhou 〉 Tongzi County of Guizhou. There are 3 genera and 15species in Zheng an county of Guizhou, there are 5 genera and 9 species in Tongzi County of Guizhou, there are 5 genera and 17 species in Chongqing Wansheng District.
