益心舒胶囊联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yixinshu Capsule Combined with Candesartan in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Patients Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察益心舒胶囊联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1—9月新疆喀什第一人民医院收治的冠心病并CHF患者128例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予坎地沙坦治疗,观察组患者给予益心舒胶囊联合坎地沙坦治疗;两组患者均连续治疗12周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)]及血清内皮素1(ET-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平,并观察两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者LVEDD、LVESD短于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清ET-1、MMP-9水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清ET-1、MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊联合坎地沙坦治疗冠心病并CHF患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能,降低血清ET-1、MMP-9水平,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the the cintical effect of yixinshu capsule combined with eandesartan in treating coronary heart disease patients complicated with cheonic , heart failre. Methods A total of 128 coronary heart disease patients complicated with chronic heart failure were selelecrd in the First People＇s Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture from January to September 2016, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to ra,dom number table, each of 64 cases. Based on conventional treatment, patients of control gronp received candesartan, while pat,ents of observation group received yixinshu capsule combined with candesartan; both groops c（mtinuously treated for 12 wecks. Clinical effect, index of cardiac function （including LVEDD, LVESD and LVEF） , se,＇um levels of ET-1 and MMP-9 betore and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and incidence of adverse reactiotions during the treatonent was ,observed. Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control grotrp （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No statistically significant differences of LVEDD, LVESD or LVEF was found between the two groups ;belore treatment （ P 〉 0. 05） ; after treatment, LVEDD and LVESD of observation group were statistically signlficanlly shorter than those of control group, while LVEF of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant differences of serum level of ET-1 or MMP-9 was found between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ） , while serum levels of ET-1 and MMP-9 of ohselwation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. No statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reaetions was found between the two groups during the treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule combined with eandesartan has certain clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease patients complicated with chronic heart failure, can effectively improve the cardiac function, reduce the serum levels of ET-1 and MMP-9, with relatiw.qy high safety.
