摘要
上海X射线自由电子激光试验装置工程中应用了超长超厚全现浇混凝土防辐射箱体。鉴于其裂缝和沉降控制要求极为严格,因此决定采用分块施工方法,并采用台阶形施工缝和集防辐射、防水、装饰于一体的伸缩缝构造技术。与此同时,通过应用V形不锈钢止水钢板替代橡胶止水带,避免了橡胶止水带容易老化而产生渗漏且不易修补的缺点。
An anti-radiation super-long and ultra-thick full cast-in-place concrete box structure has been applied to the Shanghai X-ray free electron laser test facility engineering. Given its requirements of crack and sedimentation control are very strict, we decided to adopt the partition construction method. Furthermore, an integral expansion joint construction technology of step-type construction joint, and anti-radiation, waterproof decoration has been adopted. At the same time, the defects of leakage and difficult repair due to the aging of rubber water-stop can be avoided by application of v-shaped stainless steel plate water-stop instead of rubber water-stop.
