摘要
某工程因后期主体结构调整,致使原设计塔吊的定位离建筑物较近,造成塔吊不能按常规拆除方法进行拆除。通过在欲拆除塔吊的平衡臂上设置工装设备,先部分拆除塔吊配重,再利用相邻塔吊拆除交叉作业部分的起重臂,然后利用平衡臂作为临时起重臂进行塔吊自拆卸,顺利地完成了塔吊的拆卸,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
One project adjusted the main body structure in the late period which caused the position of the originally designed tower crane getting closer to the nearby building. Therefore, the tower crane cannot be demolished with traditional method. Through setting the tooling equipment on the balance arm of the tower crane, the partial counterweight has to be removed first. Then, the cross-operation outrigger was removed by adjacent tower crane. Later, the tower crane was successfully demolished by using balance arm as temporary outrigger, which can provide references for similar projects.
