跨越高速铁路的大型钢箱梁施工技术探讨

摘要 结合某钢结构桥梁跨越沪宁城际铁路和京沪铁路的大型钢箱梁施工实践,重点介绍了钢箱梁架设施工中采用的钢支撑平台、拖拉系统及移位器技术,通过科学设计及相关计算,成功地克服了桥墩水平抗剪能力差、铁路封锁点短少等问题,减小了对既有铁路营运的影响,对类似工程有着一定的指导意义。 Taking a large steel box girder construction of a steel-structure bridge spanning Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway and Beijing-Shanghai Railway as an example, this paper emphasizes on steel supporting platform, dragging system and shifter technology during erection construction of steel box girder. Through scientific design and relative calculation, the project successfully solved several problems including poor horizontal shear-bearing capacity of bridge pier and shortage of railway blocking points, which lower the influence on daily operation of existing railway. Such construction technology has guiding significance to similar projects.
