摘要
针对深部矿井巷道变形严重的现状,设计了WPZ-75/350L型多功能巷道修复机,该机集成了360°回转工作臂,双星轮铲板运输系统,臂载式破碎锤及临时支护系统。主要包含了工作臂、临时支护、电控系统和液压系统等8个组成部分,能够实现失修巷道的破碎、卧底、挖装、刷帮、支护等作业功能,同时也可用于巷道快速掘进施工,具有广泛的适应性。
Because of the serious condition of roadway deformation in deep mine,a WPZ-75/350L multi-function modular roadway repairing machine was designed. This machine integrateda 360° rotating arm, double wheels shovel transportation system,an arm-loading type breaking hammer and temporary bearing system. It contains working arm, temporary bearing system,hydraulic system and electric control system of eight components, that can not only be used to crush the rock, dig or load the slag and repair the roadway, but also in some rapid tunneling engineering with extensive adaptability.
