摘要
研究数控平旋盘在不同工况下的温度场分布及热变形,并结合实验修正仿真模型;利用ANSYS Workbench优化轴承支撑的开口模型,可显著降低其热变形大小。数控平旋盘热特性的研究对于重型机床整机以及各种功能部件的热效应分析具有重要的参考意义。
The temperature field distribution and thermal deformation of NC facing and boring head under different working conditions are studied, and the simulation model is amended with experiments; using ANSYS Workbench to optimize the opening model of the bearing support which can significantly reduce the size of its thermal deformation. The study of the thermal characteristics of NC facing and boring head is of great significance for the analysis of the thermal effect of heavy machine tools and various functional components.
