摘要
突破传统硬岩掘进炮掘施工模式,引进应用山特维克MH-620型硬岩综掘机,对支护工艺和立体除尘系统等进行了大胆创新,探索形成了从设备选型-安装-配套-切割-支护-除尘一系列标准配套模式,装备形成具备世界先进水平的硬岩快速掘进作业线,实现了硬岩巷道的快速掘进。为其他相似矿井深部井巷施工提供了参考和借鉴。
Breaking through the traditional hard rock tunneling blasting construction mode, the introduction of application of Sandvik MH-620 type hard rock digging machine, the supporting technology and three-dimensional dedusting system were formed from the exploration of bold innovation, equipment selection and installation and supporting - cutting - support - dust and a series of standard supporting mode, equipment to perform the operation line rapid excavation of hard rock the world＇s advanced level, to achieve a rapid hard rock tunnel boring. It provides reference for other similar deep mine roadway construction.
