汽车装车站自动拖动装置的研制

摘要 针对输送带、铲车、簸箕、汽车衡及溜槽等汽车装载设备装车时需反复启停汽车、装载后需要司机上车平煤的问题,提出了汽车拖动装置的自动化装载工艺,研制出一套全自动拖动装置。研制现场模拟表明:装置实现了汽车进入轨道后的匀速行进,无需司机干预,快速完成装车、布料平车,40 t载重货车装车效率提高约60%、时间缩短为1.5 min,车厢内料堆截面满足运输要求无需人工修整。 For belt, forklift, dustpan, truck scale and chute car loading equipment when loading the driver of the car needs to be repeated and Pingdingshan parked cars, after loading problems,This paper puts forward the automatic loading technology of the automobile driving device, and develops a set of automatic driving device o develop the scene simulation using indicate: device to realize the car into the orbit of uniform. Without driver intervention, complete fast-loading cloth fiat wagon, 40 t load truck loading efficiency of about 60%, shorten to 1.5 min, ear stock pile cross section satisfies the requirement of transportation without artificial modification.
