新型密封箱式刮板输送机的研究

Research to New Type Sealed-box Scraper Conveyor

为了满足用户的使用要求,开发了一种新型密封箱式刮板输送机,该机目前为国内最大,槽宽2 200 mm,运量达到3 800 t/h,采用变频调速实现了其变速稳定运行;刮板输送机采用全密封式结构设计降低了噪声、减少了环境污染;槽体上下链道及侧板设计使用耐磨材料及不锈钢板,避免了链道的磨损及高黏度物料粘结引起堆积的问题;以及犁煤式刮板及压链结构的设计,减少了漂链的发生,而且配套使用的平板闸门实现了物料的多点配送。

In order to satisfy the requirement of users,has developed a new kind of sealed box scraper conveyor. This machine is the largest of our country. The width of trough is 2 200 mm, Transport capacity is 3 800 t/h. The design adopts frequency control of motor speed realizes the speed and stable operation. This scraper conveyor adopts the fully enclosed structure design not only reduces the noise but also reduces the pollution of the environment. The design of tank chain way up and down and side panel used wear-resisting material and stainless steel plate ,to avoid the chain,wear and high viscosity material caused accumulation, the design of coal plough type scraper and pressure chain structure to reduce the drift of chain, and the use of flat gate realized multipoint distribution of the material.
