摘要 针对现代酒厂曲房发酵过程中测量温湿度方式落后问题,创新性地提出了一种检测酒曲发酵过程中温湿度实时变化、自动调节的低功耗无线温湿度检测系统,并对系统设计方案及软硬件进行了详细说明。系统以STM8L为核心,SX1278为无线传输模块,利用C#编写上位机程序,节点间采用跳频机制确保通信稳定,周期性唤醒机制满足系统低功耗的要求,极大地降低了劳动强度,提高了酒曲质量。 In order to solve the problems that the fermentation temperature and humidity measuring way fails behind in modem distillery stater-making workshop, a low-power wireless temperature and humidity detection system for detecting real time changes and automatic adjustment of temperature and humidity during the koji fermentation is presented, and the system design and hardware and software are described in detail. STM8L is taken as the core of the system, SX1278 is taken as wireless transmission module, the PC program is complied with C#, frequency hopping mechanism is used to ensure the stable communication for inter-node, periodic wake-up mechanism can meet the requirement of low power consumption of the system, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the quality of koji.
