摘要
传统的安全指令接收机测试工作主要依靠标准仪器以及分立的专用测试设备完成。为了研制出一套能够覆盖安全指令接收机的单机测试、对接测试以及系统测试等全周期自动测试系统,基于一体化工控机平台以及通用数字信号处理技术,提出了新一代安全指令接收机通用综合测试设备(GI,TE)的研制思路和设计方法,并进行了实际靶场测试验证,为未来航天产品自动测试系统研发提供参考。
The test of traditional safety command receiver mainly depends on the standard instruments and spe- cific-developed testing box. In order to design a set of automatic test system which can cover unit level test, matching test and system level test of the receiver, the development ideas and method of the general integrated test equipment (GITE) of the new generation safety command receiver are given, meanwhile verification is real- ized in shooting range, according to the industrial control computer and digital signal processing technology. It provides an effective reference for the future research of the automatic test system (ATS) for the spacecraft.
