摘要
针对某四管组合柱钢管塔,提出了一种新的变坡节点形式。利用有限元软件ANSYS,对该节点进行建模及有限元分析。研究在设计荷载和极限荷载作用下变坡节点的应力分布状态、塑性发展规律、节点破坏模式及极限承载力情况,以期准确把握该类组合柱钢管塔变坡节点的力学行为,为工程设计和后续的研究工作提供相关的比较数据。研究表明,变坡节点在设计荷载下处于弹性状态,其最终破坏模式是下主管管壁的压曲破坏。通过研究还发现,大板上侧和下侧肋板受力不均匀,与主管直接搭接的肋板受力较大。只要设计参数取值合理,这种新型变坡节点形式是安全可靠的。
A new type of slop change joint is put forward for the steel tube tower with quad-tube built-up column. In order to investi- gate the force transfer mechanism and bearing capacity , the model of this joint welded with connecting plate is established and the fi- nite element analysis is conducted with the software ANSYS. It is used to study the stress distribution, plastic development, joint fail- ure pattern and ultimate capacity under the influence of the design and ultimate load. The results show that this joint remains in the e- lastic condition under the design load, the ultimate failure form of joint is the bulking of the lower primary tube. This new joint is safe with reasonable design.
