摘要
随着环保标准不断提高,单塔单循环湿法脱硫技术已无法满足低能耗、高效率的脱硫要求,故对脱硫系统进行增容改造。文中介绍了华电漯河发电有限公司机组脱硫改造的必要性,阐述了双塔双循环技术的基本原理,通过对2号机组脱硫系统改造,实践证明双塔双循环改造能够有效降低燃煤火电厂出口SO2浓度。利用经济分析学原理,建立了以投资回收年限为目标函数的数学模型,通过工程实例进行分析,为改造实施提供依据。
With the continuous improvement of environmental standards, the single tower single cycle can't meet the requirements of low energy consumption and high efficiency, so it is necessary to carry out capacity expansion of desulfurization system. This paper in- troduces the necessary of enhancing the efficiency for desulfurization transformation in Huadian Luohe Power Generation Limited Com- pany. The basic principle of the twin towers double cycle technology is elucidated. The results show that the towers and double loop transformation can effectively reduce the concentration of SO2 through desulfurization system transformation of unit 2. Based on the prin- ciple of economic analysis, the mathematical model is built for target function of the investment payback period , which provides the e- conomic basis for the feasibility of transformation.
