摘要
某厂给水泵推力轴承温度过高发生脱胎,引起锅炉上水困难,导致机组跳闸。通过对给水泵推力轴承解体检查发现,齿轮轴脱落引起轴承进油量少且轴瓦温度高。结合运行实际,提出避免给水泵跳闸损坏的技术措施,保障机组安全稳定运行。
Aiming at feed water pump problem of the thermal power plant, this paper introduces the phenomenon of feed water pump. The methods to lind the high-pressure heater leakage are proposed by analyzing the reasons of high pressure heater tubes. Treatment measures with the tripping of water-pump are proposed to ensure the operating safety and stability of the units.
