摘要
用Hycast可调柔性模具铸造生产3系列铝合金HF306合金铝扁锭。本文从Hycast铸造工装设备特点、3系铝合金的特性、HF306铝合金的产品要求、成分设计、铸造工艺等方面进行了讨论,重点解决了HF306铝合金扁锭生产过程中底部漏液、大面开裂、铸造过程撕破过滤袋等问题。
3 series HF306 aluminum alloy is casted by using Hycast adjustable flexible mould . This paper discuses the Hycast casting tooling equipment trait, 3 series aluminium alloy features and product requirements, component design, casting process of HF306 alloy and so on. the problems such as bottom leakage, large surface cracking, tearing filter bags in casting process and other issues during the HF306 alloy production process are focally solved.
