In order to increase the service quality of less-than-carload express and market share of freight transportation, on the basis of analyzing application status of railway freight express service platform and value-insured transportation management system, this paper points out the existing problems in the freight transport programming records, including manual input, service mismatching information with freight and inconvenient freight damage compensation. From the aspects of the function of whole-process information tracking, the function of on- line compensation claim, the function of issuing latest stopping, limit and loading notice and the information feedback function, the paper discusses the information integration of freight express service platform and railway value-insured transportation management system and establishes an information sharing network platform. The paper also analyzes the feasibility of the integration program so as to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen market competitiveness of railway transportation enterprise.
