摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)对急性肠梗阻诊断价值。方法选择2014年1月至2016年6月在我院诊断治疗的急性肠梗阻患者58例为研究对象。所有患者均经CT平扫及MPR。分析CT MPR在急性肠梗阻病因诊断中的应用。结果多层螺旋CT重建不同角度图像,重建图像清晰,分辨率高,无伪影,可清晰显示解剖结构、病理改变与周围组织的关系。手术或者数字减影血管造影(DSA)确诊结果:28例患者为大肠病变,CT均明确诊断,明确率100%;28例患者为小肠或者十二指肠机械性肠梗阻,CT均明确诊断,准确率100%;3例肠系膜血管病变,CT明确诊断1例。58例患者57例明确诊断,准确率98%。结论 MPR能够有效定性诊断急性肠梗阻,并且对肠梗阻的病因诊断具有一定的指导意义。
Objective To discuss diagnostic value of multi planar reconstruction with multi-slice spiral CT in the etiology of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods 58 patients with acute intestinal obstruction who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as objects. All patients underwent CT plain scan and multi planar image reconstruction. CT multi planar image reconstruction for the diagnosis of acute in- testinal obstruction was analyzed. Results MPR showed clear image, high resolution, no artifacts, and could clearly show the anatomical structure, pathological changes and the relationship between the surrounding tissues. Operation or DSA diagnosis results: 28 cases with colorectal lesions, which clearly diagnosed by CT, with the rate was 100%; 28 cases with small bowel or duodenal mechanical intestinal obstruction, which were clearly diagnosed by CT, and the accuracy rate of 100%; 3 cases "qith mesenteric vascular disease, CT diagnosed in 1 case. 57 cases with clear diagno- sis, with the accuracy rate of 98%. Conclusion MPR can effectively and qualitatively diagnose acute intestinal obstruction, and has certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.
