专业认同与行业认知--一项对中国大陆社会工作学生专业实习成效的质性研究 被引量:14

摘要 专业实习是以"实践为本"的社会工作教育的重要一环,实习成效受到校内外多重因素的影响。在中国大陆社会工作发展的外部情境已然发生巨大变化的今天,本研究旨在从学生视角探讨社会工作实习成效的表现。基于对30份社会工作学生实习反思报告的质性分析,本研究发现实习带给学生的主要收获依次为专业成长、行业认知、个性发展和实习感知,且这些收获大多是正向的,其中只有对行业发展的认知比较负面。研究还发现社会工作学生的专业认同与行业认知存在分离现象,本文认为正是这种分离以及对行业的负面认知造成社会工作学生从业意愿较低。这提醒人们,社会工作教育、研究和实务界需要更多地采用优势视角进行协作和倡导。 The fieldwork placement is recognized as one of the crucial parts of practice-based social work education. The effectiveness of social work field placement is influenced by multiple factors of both inside and outside university. Nowadays in China's Mainland when external environment of social work was experienced tremendous changes, this study is aimed to explore the aspects of effectiveness of social work field placement esp. from students' view. Based on the qualitative analysis on the 30 reflective placement reports, this study demonstrated that the major achievements of fieldwork placement brought to students are professional growth, industry awareness, personality development and placement perception. Most of theobtainment were positive, while only the awareness towards industry development was quite negative. The split between students' professional identity and industry awareness was also found in the study. The article believed that it was this kind of separation and negative industry awareness that led to social work students' low willingness to choose social work as their devoting career, which reminded us that we should adopt more strength perspective to promote coordination and advocacy in arena of social work education,social work research and social work practice.
