社会工作学术博士与专业博士培养模式的比较及其启示

目前我国社会工作学历教育体系已经涵盖了专科教育、本科教育和硕士研究生教育,然而尚未有院校单独开设社会工作专业博士点。美国社会工作博士教育发展历史较久,经验丰富,值得我国在建立和发展社会工作博士教育过程中进行借鉴。本文介绍了美国社会工作博士教育的培养模式及其特点,提出发展我国社会工作博士教育的四位一体战略,即培养目标具体化,课程设置统筹化,质量控制专业化,社工教育系列化。希望能够对发展我国社会工作专业教育、完善我国社会工作教育体系、建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍有所启迪。

China's social work education has gained advanced development, covering the professional training,the undergraduate and graduate education, but not yet set up a separate social work professional doctorate.The history of social work doctoral education in the United States has a relatively long history, which canprovide a wealth of experiences and references for China. This article introduces the model of social work doctoral education in the united states, and puts forward the four-in-one strategy of developing doctoral education in social work in China, that is to concretize the goal of doctoral education, to coordinate the development of occupation and profession in course setting, to professionalize the quality control,and to serialize the system.
