社会主义核心价值观既是实现以人民为中心思想的精神动力,也是在宏观、中观、微观辩证统一的基础上,为以人民为中心思想的实现提供价值支撑。从宏观上看,国家层面的价值追求有利于提供切实的政治、文化、社会条件及相关价值导向,为以人民为中心思想的实现提供价值原则;从中观上看,社会集体层面的价值要求有利于恢复社会成员的道德自省、自觉,培育良好的道德文化氛围,为以人民为中心思想的实现提供价值准则;从微观上看,个人层面的价值原则有利于提升人的道德境界,追求美好的道德风尚,为以人民为中心思想的实现提供价值标准。
