江苏省知识产权能力与经济发展水平的交互影响研究

The Interaction Between the Ability of Intellectual Property and Economic Development Level of Jiangsu Province

通过构建区域知识产权能力评价指标体系和区域经济发展水平评价指标体系,对江苏省2000-2014年的知识产权能力和经济发展水平进行了实证分析和评价,在此基础上应用ARDL模型和ECM模型,量化分析了江苏省15年来知识产权能力和经济发展水平之间的长期交互影响与短期动态调整关系。结果表明:江苏省知识产权能力和经济发展水平之间存在长期良性互动机制和短期误差修正机制。根据实证结果提出了促进江苏省知识产权能力和经济发展水平良性互动的对策建议。

By constructing an evaluation index system of the ability of regional intellectual property and an evaluation index system of regional economic development level, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the ability of intellectual property and economic development of Jiangsu province from 2000 to 2014. Based on the former results, this paper quantitatively analyzes the long-term interacting effects and short-term dynamic adjusting mechanism of the ability of intellectual property and economic development through autoregressive distributed lag model and error correction model. The outcome shows that there exist long-term positive interaction and shortterm adjusting mechanism between the ability of intellectual property and economic development. Finally, this paper proposes a series of suggestions for promoting the positive interaction between Jiangsu＇s ability of intellectual property and economic development.
