互联网金融生态圈发展评价研究——以蚂蚁金服和京东金融为例

A Study of the Development Evaluation of the Internet Financial Ecosystem——Taking the Ant Financial and JD Finance as Examples

基于商业生态系统理论,以互联网金融生态圈为对象,从平台绩效、价值管理、进化能力和风险防范四个维度建立了互联网金融生态圈发展评价指标体系,进一步使用AHP层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法构建了互联网金融生态圈发展综合评价模型,并以蚂蚁金服和京东金融的数据进行实证分析。结果显示,此评价模型能较客观和系统地评价互联网金融生态圈发展情况。应从"组织+机制+技术"入手防范互联网金融生态圈风险,以大数据为手段支持互联网金融生态圈实现价值创造创新,以及在监管方面实现"监管与培育"的动态平衡。

Based on the theory of business ecosystem, this paper takes the Inteinet financial ecosystem as the research subject, estab-lishes an evaluation index system of Internet financial ecosystem from four aspects including the platform performance, value management, the ability of evolution and risk prevention. Then it further uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the Intemet financial ecosystem development comprehensive evaluation model and makes an empirical study by using data of Ant Financial and JD Finance. The results show that the evaluation model can be more objective and systematic evaluation of Intemet financial ecosystem. The article argues that it is necessary to start from the ＂organization ＋ mechanism ＋ technology＂ to prevent the risk of the Internet financial ecosystem, use large data as a means to support the Internet financial ecosystem and to achieve value creation and innovation, and achieve dynamic balances of ＂regulation and cuhivation＂.
