摘要
对比PTMG-MDI型聚氨酯弹性体涂层在海洋大气区、潮汐区和全浸区三类环境下试验180 d后的涂层光泽度和抗拉强度,结果显示:大气区和潮汐区涂层的光泽度下降明显,而全浸区涂层的光泽度变化不明显;大气区涂层的抗拉强度大幅下降,潮汐区涂层次之,全浸区涂层抗拉强度下降最小。试验结果表明:在海洋环境下,阳光对弹性体涂层的光泽度和抗拉强度有显著影响,而单一的海水浸泡对弹性体涂层的光泽度和抗拉强度影响较小。
Compared the gloss and tensile strength of PTMG-MDI polyurethane elastomer coating after testing for 180 days in the marine atmospheric zone, tidal zone and immersion zone, the results showed that: the gloss of the coating in atmospheric zone and tidal zone decreased significantly, while the gloss of coating in the immersion zone had no obvious change. The tensile strength of coating in atmospheric zone declined sharply, followed by the coating in the tidal zone, the coating in immersion zone had the minimum descent. The results indicated that in the marine environment, the sun had a significant influence on the gloss and tensile strength of elastomeric coating, and sea water immersion alone had less impact on the gloss and tensile strength of elastomeric coating.
