以浙江金洲管道科技股份有限公司新建的自动化消防管内外涂覆生产线为例,介绍了消防涂覆管的生产工艺,通过多工位同时内外喷涂,大大提高了生产线的效率;通过工艺优化和设备配置大幅度地减少了设备能耗;通过设计的特殊工装和定位,实现了钢管内外表面无工艺夹持瑕疵,提升了产品质量。

Taking newly established automatic internal and external coating production line for fire pipe of Zhejiang Kingland ＆ Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, the production technology of coated fire pipe was introduced. The efficiency of production line was improved greatly by internal and external coating simultaneously with multi-station. Device energy loss was dramatically reduced by processing optimization and equipment configuration. The inner and outer surface of steel pipe are free of holding defects by design specialized toolings and location.
