三级护理查房模式在护生评判性思维能力培养中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨三级护理查房模式在护生评判性思维能力培养中的应用效果。方法选择2011年5月至2015年4月来本科实习的80名护理大专生为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各40人,对照组采用传统护理教学查房模式,观察组采用三级护理查房模式,采用评判性思维能力测量表对其评判性思维能力进行评价。结果护生评判性思维能力总分及各维度得分观察组高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展三级护理查房模式有助于提高护生的评判性思维能力,为以后的临床护理工作奠定良好的基础。
