摘要
分析国内外海上救援及标准体系现状,指出存在的不足,为加强我国海上救援能力建设提出措施建议。
The current situation of the maritime rescue and standard system in China and abroad is analyzed The shortages are pointed out. Recommended suggestions are presented for enhancing the establishment of maritime rescue ability of our country.
