预设计模式优化造船设计

摘要 在研究船舶串行设计模式的基础上提出预设计模式,完善设计流程,深度融合船、机、电多专业的相关设计信息,使部分设计工作技术性前移,一些设计工作预防性解决关键问题。预设计模式在机制上可减少目前所发生的许多重大修改,减少物量和工时浪费,提高造船效率,提升企业经济效益。 Based on the research of ship serial design patterns, pre-design model is proposed in order to improve the design process and to integrate relative design information of hull, machine and electricity. Some parts of the design go technically forward and some can preventively resolve key issues. Pre-design model in the mechanism may reduce the current number of significant modification with reducing material and working hours, which raises shipbuilding efficiency and enhances economic efficiency of the enterprises.
