摘要
在注重环境保护和企业软实力竞争的今天,绿色创新是企业可持续发展和获得竞争优势的重要途径。以自然资源基础观为视角,基于企业领导力理论和组织认同理论,通过对224家农产品企业的实证研究,发现环境领导力对组织环境文化有正向影响,绿色组织认同在组织环境文化、环境领导力与绿色创新绩效之间有中介作用。利益相关者环境压力正向调节了绿色组织认同对绿色创新绩效的影响,而组织内部障碍负向调节了绿色组织认同对绿色创新绩效的影响。
Nowadays, most people pay more attention to environmental protection and enterprise soft power competition, green innovation is an important way for enterprise sustainable development and obtaining competitive advantage. Based on Natural-resource-based view (NRBV) theory, leader- ship theory and organizational identity theory, and by conducting empirical study of 224 agricultural enterprises, we found that environmental leadership has positive impact on environmental organiza- tional culture, green organizational identity has a positive mediating effect on the relationship between environmental leadership and corporate green innovation performance, and green organizational identi- ty has a positive mediating effect on the relationship between environmental organizational culture and corporate green innovation performance. External pressure has a positive moderating effect between green organizational identity and corporate green innovation, however, internal barriers has a negative moderating effect between green organizational identity and corporate green innovation performance. Moreover, we test the moderation-mediation effect.
