摘要
新建杭州东站站房东西立面的4根异形柱造型新颖、结构复杂,采用双曲面不锈钢幕墙饰面,在施工时根据双曲面不锈钢幕墙的特点,通过三维建模和计算机深化,把该双曲面幕墙体系分成支撑、塑形龙骨、不锈钢面板和结构龙骨,并对幕墙体系的定位、覆板、吊装进行图纸细化,特别是在支撑、塑形龙骨制作过程中,采用三维建模定位,打印1∶1三维定位控制点基布,将三维空间结构转换至平面,然后通过标高控制,达到精确定位支撑、塑形龙骨架体的目的,从而最终达到不锈钢幕墙平顺和美观。
The four special-shaped columns in east and west facade of the new Hangzhou East Railway Station building are novel and complex structure. They use hyperbola stainless steel curtain wall finishes. In the construction, according to the characteristics of hyperbola stainless steel curtain wall, the hyperbola curtain wall system is divided into support, shaped keel, stainless steel panel and structure keel through three-dimensional modeling. And it is detailed to the curtain wall system positioning, doubling plate, lifting drawings , especially in the production process of the support and the keel. Then using 3d modeling positioning and print 1 : 1 3d positioning control point base cloth, three-dimensional space structure is transformed to plane, and then through the elevation control to precise positioning support, shaping keel frame body, and finally achieve stainless steel curtain wall smooth and beautiful.
