摘要
以漆酚(U)和环氧氯丙烷为原料制备了漆酚缩水甘油醚(UGE)。研究了反应物料比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂和氢氧化钠用量等因素对UGE环氧值的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,并采用FT-IR、~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR、GPC和TG对产物的化学结构和热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明,目标产物已合成,其相对分子质量为478。产物的初始分解温度高达370℃,具有良好的热稳定性。其环氧值为0.305 mol/100 g,粘度为12.8 mPa·s(25℃)。与二乙烯三胺固化反应得到的漆膜硬度为H,并具有良好的弯曲性、耐冲击性、附着力和光泽度。
The urushiol glycidyl ether (UGE) was synthesized by using urushiol (U) and epichlorohydrin as raw materials. The effects of reaction material ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst and sodium hydroxide dosages on the UGE epoxy value were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined and the chemical structure and thermal stability of UGE were analyzed by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, GPC and TG. The results showed that the target product was synthesized. The relative molecular mass of UGE was 478. The initial decomposition temperature of UGE was up to 370 ℃ and had good thermal stability. The epoxy value of UGE was 0.309 tool/100 g and the viscosity was 12.8 mPa·s(25 ℃). The UGE was cured with diethylenetriamine and the hardness of cured film was H. The film had good flexibility, impact resistance, adhesion and gloss.
