Status and Transformation on Digital Resource Co-Construction and Sharing Model of Library Consortium in New Era——Case Study of Suzhou Academic Library Consortium

文章阐述了新时期图书馆联盟面临的特色环境,基于苏州地区高校图书馆的数字资源建设现状,分析了存在的问题,探讨了苏州高校图书馆联盟在数字资源共建共享方面的转型发展模式:发挥主任馆的作用、创建协同创新发展新环境,创建数字资源存储中心、发挥联盟的资源保障作用,紧跟"双一流"国家战略、开展一流学科服务,围绕苏州经济特色、拓展联盟服务园区企业的广度和深度。

This Paper described the characteristic environment faced by library consortium nowadays, and analyzed the exist- ing problems based on the status of digital resource construction in Suzhou academic libraries, and explored the transformation development model of digital resource co-construction and sharing, including playing the leader role of main-library to create collaborative development environment, building digital storage center to strengthen the re- source guarantee of consortium, keeping up with national strategy to conduct first-rate discipline service, expanding the service breadth and depth for park enterprises.
