Analysis of Rolling Temperature Field in AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Cast Tube Based on the Finite Element Method

摘要 利用有限元软件对AZ31镁合金管材进行了轧制热力耦合数值模拟,并分析了不同压下量对温度场变化的影响,通过分析金属流动变化验证了模型的准确性。结果表明,随着压下量增加,辊顶的温度不断升高,辊缝温度单调减小,辊顶和辊缝的温度差会随着压下量的增加而增大,金属流动性能也会随之增强,并通过试验进行了验证。 Thermal-mechanical coupling numerical simulation was performed for rolling AZ31 magnesium alloy tubes based on finite element method to analyze influence of varied reduction on the temperature field.The availability of the model was verified by analysis of metal flow change.The results show that with the increase of reduction,temperature on the top of roller is increased monotonously,while temperature of roller gap is decreased monotonously,so temperature difference of roller top and roller gap is increased with the increase of reduction,and metal flow performance also can be increased accordingly.The simulated results were verified by the experimentones.
