模组结构和隔热装置对定向叶片晶粒组织的影响

Effects of Casting Module Structure and Insulation Device Improvement on Grain of Directional Vane

摘要 通过对定向叶片的蜡模模组进行改进,平衡叶片的内外侧散热,改善了定向叶片晶粒倾斜的缺陷。对ALD定向炉的隔热装置进行改进,减小隔热板的内径,并减薄其厚度。隔热装置经过改进后,定向叶片的晶粒得到细化,定向炉的温度梯度从40.5℃/cm提升到49.7℃/cm,晶粒组织和定向炉的温度梯度均得到优化。 Wax pattern module for the directional vane was modified to balance the heat dissipation inner and outer sides of the vane,which can improve the inclined grain defect in the directional vane.Insulation device of ALD directional furnace was modified including decreasing the inner diameter and thickness of the insulation device.Through improving the insulation device,the grain in the directional vane is refined,and the temperature gradient of directional furnace is increased from 40.5 ℃/cm to 49.7 ℃/cm,so the grain structure and temperature gradient of directional furnace are optimized.
