摘要
以某钢厂连铸中间包为研究对象,采用正交试验法对中间包多孔导流墙结构进行研究。通过RTD曲线计算结果和极差分析,得出了最优的装置控流方案:挡墙中心到长水口中心距离为1 550mm,导流孔直径为100mm,导流孔上仰角为35°,上、下孔间距为240mm。
Porous diversion wall structure of a continuous casting tundish was optimized by the orthogonal experiment.Based on RTD curve calculation results and range analysis,the optimized fluid-control parameters were presented as follows:retaining wall center distances from the center of the tundish of1 550 mm,the diversion hole diameter of 100 mm and the diversion hole on the elevation of 35°,up and down hole distance of 240 mm.
