Research on Shortening Time of Project Payment Based on Dynamic Module and Parallel Analysis Method

为了解决某运营商移动通信工程收款时间较长的问题,通过采用"动态模块"建模的方法对多个并行的付款项目进行分析研究,提出了付款"动态模块"并行分析方法。并在实际付款项目中验证了该方法可以有效优化付款流程,实现付款项目整体时间最短,从而最终达到缩短建设工程付款时长、提高合同付款率的目标。

In order to shorten the time of the mobile communication project payment for a certain operator, the dynamic module method was used to investigate and analyze multiple parallel payment projects to propose the parallel analysis method of payment dynamic module. The proposed method, which was verified by the practical payment projects, is able to effectively optimize the payment process, realize the shortest time of the payment project. Thus, the goal of shortening construction project payment time and enhancing contract payment rate is achieved.
