摘要
介绍了化机浆关键设备MSD400木片挤压机螺旋轴断裂情况,从载荷、化学成分、力学性能、金相、强度等方面对断裂的成因进行分析,并使进口设备的备件实现国产化。
The crack of screw shaft for chip extruder MSD400 was introduced. The reason to the shaft crack was analyzed in respect of loading, chemical ingredients, mechanical properties, metallographic phase and strength. The spare parts of imported equipment were realized to manufacture domestic.
