Disposal and utilization of waste twisted rope and sludge

受环保压力及市场的双重影响,近些年有大量造纸企业因无法及时的处置轻渣、绞绳等造纸固废,导致这些固废堆积严重。浙江省某大型造纸企业通过引进破碎、磁选、风选、摩擦、分选等技术,运用合理的处置流程对造纸绞绳及轻渣进行分类处理,实现绿色生产。

Papermaking solid waste, such as light slag and twisted rope, piles up rapidly in a large number of papermaking enterprises in recent years, because of dual influence from the environmenlal pressure and the market. A large papermaking enterprise in Zhejiang disposes and makes full use of the solid waste from papermaking by introducing advanced technology, such as crushing, magnetic separation, air separation, friction separation and so on. The twisted rope and sludge are classified reasonably to achieve green production finally.
