摘要
随着量子计算的发展,当前已广泛应用的密码技术面临严重的威胁。一旦量子计算机实用化,基于整数分解、离散对数问题的公钥密码体制将被攻破。分析量子计算对网络空间安全的威胁以及对当前密码体制的影响,介绍国内外抗量子密码计划和抗量子密码体制,详解抗量子密码体制,并对量子密码体制的安全性和实用化进行评估,最后提出抗量子密码体制对我国网络与信息安全的重要意义,认为我国应及时部署抗量子密码体制的科研计划,缩小与西方的差距,进而保障国家网络与信息安全。
With the development of quantum computing, cryptography, which has been widely used, is facing a serious threat. Once the quantum computer is realized, the public key cryptosystem based on integer decomposition and discrete logarithm problem will be breached. The threat of quantum computation to network space security and its impact on the current cryptosystem are analyzed. Anti-quantum cryptography schemes and anti-quantum cryptography schemes both national and abroad are introduced. The security and usefulness of quantum cryptography are evaluated. Finally, the importance of the anti-quantum cryptography to our network and information security is put forward. The research plan of the anti-quantum cryptography system should be deployed in time, so as to narrow the gap with the west world, and then guarantee the national network and information security.
