省电网公司备品备件集中储备模式的研究及实践

Research and Practice on Spare Parts Reserve Mode of Provincial State Grid Corporation of China

备品备件管理是物资管理的重要组成部分,也是确保电力企业安全、稳定生产运行的重要手段,如何制定科学合理的备品备件储备模式已是各电力企业物资管理的重点和难点。文章从省级电网公司目前备品备件管理中存在的主要问题出发进行分析,结合工作中的实践,提出省级集中管理备品备件储备管理模式,在保障电网安全稳定运行和物资可靠供应的同时,降低库存,达到物资使用效率最大化的目的,提高电力物资管理的质量。

As a vital constituent part of material management, spare parts management is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of electric power enterprises. How to develop a scientific and reasonable spare parts reserve mode has been the key and difficult points of the goods handling of each power enterprise. This paper starts from the analysis of the main problems existing in the management of spare parts in provincial State Grid Corporation of China, combined with practical work, proposing the provincial centralized management model of spare parts reserve management. At the meanwhile of ensuring the safe and stable operation of power system and reliable supply of materials, the provincial centralized management model achieves the purpose of material use efficiency maximization, cutting inventory and improving the quality of power material management.
